Since launching in 2023, we’ve grown 20x in under two years, partnering with top lenders like RBL Bank, IndusInd, Tata Capital, Unity Bank, and Moneyview.

The founder’s Office is where DPDzero’s hardest problems land - strategy, product, GTM, org structure, fundraising. It’s the fastest moving, no-excuses team inside the company working with the founder to turn high-stake problems into action.
This isn’t an analyst role. It’s raw, unfiltered execution. Messy problems, zero hand-holding, full accountability. You’ll work side by side with the founder, Chief of Staff, and leadership to unlock DPDzero’s next phase of scale and build a company that’s going to monopolize the debt collections.
What You’ll Do
- Drive founder’s office priorities, from idea to execution with no middle layers and full ownership.
- Turn messy questions like “should we enter this segment?”, “where should we run this PoC?”, or “what’s blocking growth?”into sharp answers using first-principles thinking and deep structured analysis.
- Own competitive benchmarking, market mapping, pricing studies, customer insights, and GTM diagnostics that shape key company decisions.
- Partner with leadership across product, sales, ops, and finance to remove bottlenecks and accelerate decision-making.
- Work with the CEO and Chief of Staff to shape key strategic narratives, market sizing, why-now, product differentiation, and operating leverage and feed these insights into investor pitches, board updates, and strategic materials.
Ideal profile
- 3-4 years in top-tier consulting, VC firm or operating roles in high-growth startups
- First-principles thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- High ownership, bias for action
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, chaos and over weekends
- Strong communication skills - crisp, clear, structured
